7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
We offer a convenient 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and Sealed: For hygiene and safety reasons (especially for food items like Dates and Zamzam), the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Original Condition: The item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for products with broken seals or signs of tampering.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order confirmation email, invoice number, or receipt.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Products that have been opened, consumed, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned after the 7-day window has expired.
Free gifts, promotional items, or items purchased during a Final Clearance Sale.

Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Assessment: Our team will review your request. We may ask for photos of the product to verify its condition.
Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or bank transfer) within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will prioritize your case and offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
